1. Enrollment
- To attend our workshops, you must submit your registration form, pay in the form of check, cash or credit card and receive our confirmation. Advance registration cannot be completed with receipt of payment.
- Confirmation of your seat is only guaranteed when you receive our e-mail and SMS confirmation messages, or when you register and pay at the venue before the start of the workshops.
- Our workshops will only commence if a minimum of 12 paid students has registered for that session. We reserve the final rights to consolidate our sessions to a later date if the minimum number of student is not met.
2. Absence
- Please inform us by phone or e-mail 72 hours before the start of the workshop if you are going to be absent. You can then register to attend the same workshop at a later date within one year.
- For missed workshop without 72 hours prior notice, no refund will be given. You will still be charged for the full price.
- If you are unable to attend the workshop that you have paid for, you are allowed to transfer your seat to another person.
3. Quit
- For those who quit the workshop or the entire program for whatever reason, we will not refund any remaining fees.
- However, you are allowed to transfer your seat to another person to continue your program.
4. Bad Weather and Public Holidays
- We do not hold workshops on public holidays or when the Typhoon No. 8 or Black Rain Signal is hoisted in Hong Kong.
- If workshops are cancelled due to Typhoon No. 8 or Black Rain, we will schedule a make-up workshop. Students will be notified within three working days via email and SMS regarding the date of the make-up workshop.
- If the Typhoon No. 8 or Black Rain Signal is lowered 45 minutes before the scheduled start time of the workshop, students are expected to attend the workshop as normal and there will be no make-up workshop for those who fail to turn up in this situation.
5. Our Rights

- We reserve the rights to use our students’ works in our web sites, flyers, publications, including but not limited to all our workshops and programs.
